Your Role Will Include:

• Opening/closing the store and managing daily operations
• Training, mentoring, and coaching associates on sales + service
• Helping with scheduling, payroll, inventory, and daily recaps
• Jumping in when the Store Manager is off-site
• Build strong relationships with customers and create a welcoming vibe.
• Keeping the store on-brand and organized.

You Should Be:

• Experienced (1–2 years in retail leadership preferred)
• A calm, organized multitasker who leads by example
• Naturally community-minded — especially with youth and creatives
• A pro at reading the room and adjusting the store’s energy in real time

Extras That’ll Set You Apart:

• Experience with content creation or brand building
• Knowledge of emerging fashion trends, sneaker culture, and local style scenes
• You’ve been “the glue” on a team before — you make things happen

Your Role Will Include:

• Greeting every customer with intention, not just a “hey”
• Styling clients from head to toe — no lazy sales talk
• Keeping the store fresh: restocking, cleaning, and creating visual moments
• Keep your sales goals on point, making sure every customer finds what they need and leaves happy. Helping out with in-store events, creative displays, and content days
• Repping the Gear Locker story, culture, and mission

You Should Be:

• Energetic, people-loving, and reliable
• Fluent in fashion, especially streetwear and sneaker culture
• Comfortable approaching all types of customers
• Available on weekends and evenings
